Vote 4 the Planet

We rise for democracy, justice and the Earth.

Purple: where we all come together — for everyone willing to think freely.

Our Mission

Vote 4 the Planet is a citizen‑led project dedicated to defending democracy, protecting our planet and resisting authoritarianism in any form. We seek a free society where government works for everyone — not for the powerful few. We stand against hate, fascism and the extremist movements seeking to impose a single worldview on everyone else. And we stand for something just as important: an open mind, an open door, and the belief that people across every background can find common cause when truth is the starting point.

We chose purple for a reason. Purple is what you get when red and blue come together. We are not a partisan project — we are a people project. We welcome anyone willing to think, question and act with integrity, regardless of where they have stood before.

Why we rise

Across the United States and around the world, leaders are dismantling democratic norms to serve personal power. We have seen elected officials attempt to overturn elections, weaponize government agencies against opponents, and strip away fundamental rights. We have watched authoritarian movements cloak themselves in the language of faith, tradition and patriotism — while demanding that everyone else fall in line.

We stand against

  • Hate in policy and rhetoric
  • Fascism and authoritarian rule
  • Institutions that silence dissent
  • Extreme religious movements that impose their beliefs on others
  • Leaders who place themselves above the law

We stand for

  • An open mind and honest inquiry
  • The Constitution and separation of powers
  • Separation of church and state
  • Equal rights and equal protection
  • A planet worth inheriting

We do not rise against faith — we rise against the weaponization of faith against others. We are not a left-wing site. We are not a right-wing site. We are for anyone who believes in facts, fairness and freedom. If you come here with an open mind, you belong here.

By publishing fact‑based reports and building a community of "Risers," we challenge those who would undermine freedom and celebrate those who defend it.

A note on how this site is made

I use AI tools to help research topics and generate text for this site. I try to validate sources before publishing, and I review everything to make sure it accurately reflects the intended message. That said, I am one person and I can get things wrong — a source link may be off, a fact may need updating, or a passage may not say exactly what I meant it to say.

If you find an error or a broken link, I want to know. If I learn something is wrong, I will fix it. That commitment to getting it right is part of what this site stands for.
